GeBIZ tender alerts, now the email alerts have ended
GeBIZ stopped its email alerts in 2025. How to find GeBIZ tenders and opportunities now, and how to get the ones that fit your business each morning.
GeBIZ stopped sending email alerts in 2025, so someone on your team now checks GeBIZ tenders every day and reads each new listing to decide whether it's worth a bid. Miss a day and you can miss a closing date. Read every listing and someone loses an hour on tenders you would never bid for.
This guide covers where Singapore government tenders are published, what GeBIZ still offers to keep you informed, and how to get a short summary of only the GeBIZ opportunities that fit your business, every morning.
Does GeBIZ still send email alerts?
No. GeBIZ's Business Alerts page says the GeBIZ Alert services on GoBusiness were discontinued on 28 February 2025, and that subscriptions and alerts are no longer available.
What's left:
- RSS feeds for registered GeBIZ Trading Partners, which you follow in an RSS reader.
- Notifications on your GeBIZ dashboard, which you only see after logging in.
Neither puts the right tenders in front of you without someone going to look.
Where to find government tenders in Singapore
On GeBIZ, the Singapore Government's central procurement portal. Agencies publish their quotations and tenders there, and you can search open GeBIZ opportunities by procurement category or keyword. You can browse without an account. To submit a quotation or tender, you register as a GeBIZ Trading Partner.
The hard part isn't finding GeBIZ. It's the daily routine of searching it, opening each new listing, and deciding which few are worth your time.
Get only the tenders that fit, every morning
Tell us what you supply and which GeBIZ categories you bid in. For example: "cleaning and facilities management, nothing under $10,000, skip anything that needs a site show-round on a weekend".
Our team builds a workflow that follows the GeBIZ feeds for your categories, reads each new opportunity and keeps the ones that match. Each morning you get a short summary on WhatsApp, Telegram or email, listing what's being bought, by which agency, and when it closes. We check the first few summaries with you before it runs on its own. When your focus changes, tell us and we adjust what it looks for.
GeBIZ has changed how it shares tenders before (the email alerts ended in 2025), and it may change again. We watch every run, so if GeBIZ changes how it publishes and the summaries stop or look wrong, we fix the workflow and let you know. You don't have to notice that the morning summary went quiet.
Here's an example of what a morning summary can look like:
3 new GeBIZ opportunities that match your categories
- Cleaning services for 4 community centres · Quotation · Closes Fri 10 Oct, 4pm. Weekly cleaning, 12-month term, site show-round on 3 Oct.
- Supply of office furniture · Tender · Closes 17 Oct. Outside your usual scope, shown because it mentions "installation".
What changes for your team:
- No more checking GeBIZ by hand every day.
- Only the tenders that match your business, each with a one-line reason it matched.
- Closing dates in front of you before it's too late to bid.
- A running list of opportunities in Google Sheets, if you want one.
If a colleague checks tender sites every morning today, book a call and we'll set this up around the categories you bid in. It's one of the everyday jobs we cover in AI for small business.
