How does pricing work?

Two parts, both quoted before you commit. You pay for usage — what your workflows actually run each month — plus a fixed monthly amount for a dedicated workflow developer: one person who knows your setup, watches it, and keeps improving it. We put both numbers in writing after the first call.

How long until something is live?

Simple workflows go live in one to two weeks. Most are running within a month, including testing on your real data. We give you a date with the quote and hold to it.

Do we need technical staff?

No. We build, host, and maintain everything. Your side of the work is telling us how the task happens today and approving what goes out. Nothing to install, nothing to administer.

What if our tools aren't on the list?

Most business tools have a way to connect, and building those connections is part of every project. Tell us what you run on during the call and we'll confirm on the spot.

Can we change a workflow after it's live?

Yes — as often as you like. Every change is included in your monthly fee: rule tweaks, new branches, new integrations, even entirely new workflows. We keep building and adjusting at no extra cost.
